If your chocolate delivery arrives damaged you must advise us within 4 days and send us the picture of damage products. We will send a replacement chocolate delivery within 10 working days or refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You have the right to cancel the order for the purchase of products before any products are despatched to you.
Once it has been produced and paid for it is not possible to cancel an order for personalised items that have been specially customised for you.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by CHOCOLATL and accept decision regarding the cancellation.
